I’m a graphic designer and illustrator based in Los Angeles. I’m drawn to visual storytelling and use design and illustration as a way to make sense of the world around me, especially ideas and concepts that are a little harder to explain with words.
I’m curious by nature and have a tendency to go down rabbit holes. A scientific concept, an interesting piece of architecture, a moving piece of music, or a story I can’t quite place. I like exploring things from different angles and seeing where they take me. Sometimes the best way for me to understand something is to draw it.
I studied architecture before moving into graphic design, which probably explains my love of structure, proportion, and moving things around until they feel just right.
I like making work that feels meaningful and might move or inspire someone, even just a little bit. I make illustrations, posters, packaging, and other nice little things.
Outside of work, I enjoy a good cup of tea, Tetris, my dog Laika, and yummy food.
